Description of the role:
Kansas City Hyundai is a leading state of the art Hyundai store in Merriam Kansas. We are growing and looking to add a Service Advisor to our team. If you are great with customers and want to grow with a new store then this could be your new home. We offer top pay along with great benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in scheduling service appointments
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive service or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
