Job Description
Position: Drywall Estimator Commercial
Location: Woburn MA
Salary:$ 75000$ 85000 with 401(k) 401(k) matching dental insurance health insurance Life insurance paid time off Referral program vision insurance and performance bonus.

- Analyze and interpret plans and specifications to create accurate proposals.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of local material labor and equipment costs.
- Ensure compliance with local city and state building codes.
- Oversee and train project engineers and assistant estimators to ensure team growth.
- Continuously enhance knowledge across product lines including drywall acoustics doors/frames/hardware and specialties.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Architecture Finance or Accounting (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years as an Assistant Estimator or 57 years overall estimating experience.
- Proficiency in OnScreen Takeoff software with at least 3 years of experience in construction estimating.
- Strong ability to thrive in highpressure environments.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals with minimal supervision.
- Selfmotivated with a commitment to excellence.
- A criminal background check is required.
- Candidates will need to sign a Confidentiality NonDisclosure and NonSolicitation Agreement.
- Ability to commute to or relocate near Beltsville MD is essential.
