This role is a Friday evening through Monday morning position. Working 6pm 6am start Friday Saturday and Sunday evenings.
What You Will Do:
- Providing direction to employees.
- Leading employee engagement and continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform daily supervisor responsibilities project management effective communication and with support group members.
- Establish work schedules and monthly delivery plans considering resource availability that align with customer needs and satisfy financial obligations.
- Provide leadership and direction with an emphasis on team building through daily toolbox meetings effective communications and in developing an efficient team that is responsive to production requirements and changes.
- Achieve target performance levels through disciplined of the Standard Production System (SPS) including but not limited to:Tiered accountability Visual management system(s)and Leader Standard Work
- Demonstrate clear focus on accountability to daily results rapid identification of root cause and effective implementation of corrective actions.
- Drive development of a strong problemsolving culture through application of tools.
- Champion sustained improvements in safety quality production material procurement and cost reduction through the systems various elements.
- Communicate to peers requirements at supporting process to ensure smooth process flow.
- Hold employees accountable while maintaining a key working relationship.
- Drive Worldclass safety culture is maintained and respond to all EH&S requirements promptly.
- Control quality productivity and process flow to meet MRP requirements while ensuring a high level of customer happiness.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 2 years of manufacturing/operations experience.
- 2 years of leadership experience in an operations or manufacturing setting required.
- U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Successful completion of RTX enterprise OSCLDP in 2025.
- Clear concise and effective communicator.
- Experience working with all levels of management.
- Highly selfdirected quick learner with a strong drive for results.
- Experience with Continuous Improvement principles (lean manufacturing ACE/CORE QCPC etc..
- Consistent track record in team leadership roles.
- Ability to plan projects and to craft clear written/verbal/analytical/org skills to influence business objectives.
- Computer proficiency in Excel a plus.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 66000 USD 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
