Position Summary
The Cocktail Server is responsible for providing fast friendly and efficient beverage service to guests. They take orders serve drinks and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness and compliance with alcohol service regulations.
This role pays an hourly wage of $30.00 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until June 6 2025.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and deliver beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell and suggest beverages to maximize sales.
- Monitor guests for responsible alcohol consumption and follow service guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including tables and service stations.
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
- Communicate with bartenders and other staff to ensure timely service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Follow all health safety and alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages cocktails and drinkpairing recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple orders.
- Must be at least 18 or 21 years old (depending on state regulations).
- TIPS or other responsible beverage service certification preferred.
- Ability to stand walk and carry trays for extended periods.
- Availability to work nights weekends and holidays as needed.
