Job Description
Overview
Lake Ridge Bank is hiring a Youth Apprentice for the 2025/2026 school year in our Retail department at our Parmenter location! Looking for a steady and local job where you can learn about banking and gain valuable professional skills Apply today! We offer part time hours during the school year and flexibility in scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain positive relations with all internal and external contacts clients and potential clients.
- Process all transactions that come through the CSA area including but not limited to cashing checks performing withdrawals making deposits processing loan payments etc.
- Properly balance and maintain a cash drawer daily
- Keep informed about bank products and services offered
- Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times
- Participates in community involvement/bank activities as appropriate
- Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Working towards a high school diploma.
- Preferred experience in a similar office or customer service role but not required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Ability to read write understand and speak English clearly
- Ability to represent the organization in a professional positive manner
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with efficiency and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with technology and computer systems
