Job Description

Job Role Summary
  • Drives consistent creation and use of global Learning activity structures
  • Leverages Learning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide guidance on Functional and Business Line Learning strategy
  • Coordinates and implements training plans in line with Learning and Development strategy and processes
  • Collects and analyzes region skill assessment results and recommends appropriate performance improvement solutions
  • Drives training effectiveness using Best Practices guidelines and provides insights and feedback to stakeholders
  • Facilitates the development design and sustainment of learning solutions (including life cycle management); provides learning solutions (Build Buy Borrow) supported by most applicable learning delivery methods (e.g. eworkbooks vILT elearns onthejob etc)
  • Supports the latest learning and training tools & techniques (both formal and informal) in alignment with new best practices
Job Role Responsibilities
  • Enforces the learning tool business guidelines and maintains and updates them as appropriate to ensure consistent training appearance and behavior for the learners and reliable reporting data and ensures integrity of reporting data
  • Works closely with Curriculum Manager and Content Owner SME or Learning Supr/Mgr to design effective training courses utilizing Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Principles
  • Supports development and release of Learning Activities
  • Provides expert guidance and support to Training Advisors in KPI analysis including recommendations and discussions with business leadership and Career Communities
  • Leverages learning tool to strategically support Learning and delivery initiatives
  • Designs and develops measurement strategies to assess impact of Learning solutions
