People Culture Manager HR Business Partner Focus

In this role you will play a key part in setting up HR processes and documentation shaping our organizational culture developing talent strategies and ensuring that QuantPi remains an inspiring and engaging workplace. Your responsibilities:

• Managing and further expanding the usage of our HRIS system Personio.

• Prepare the prepayroll process and related tasks.

• Handling all administrative HR processes with great attention to detail.

• Lead recruitment from job posting negotiations and onboarding while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal hiring tandems.

• Develop implement and maintain efficient P&C processes that align with the companys goals and culture.

• Design and delivery of employee training development programs and performance reviews.

• Driving organizational change culture development and employee engagement initiatives.

• Act as a trusted P&C expert to managers and teams guiding HR best practices policies and employee relations.

• Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement and support organizational development.

• Serve as a point of contact for employees and HRrelated inquiries providing timely solutions.

• Stay uptodate on HR trends labor laws and compliance ensuring the organizations policies remain aligned with the current legal framework.

• Proven experience as a P&C Generalist or HR Business Partner in a fastpaced environment.

• High emotional intelligence and a genuine interest in employee wellbeing.

• Strong expertise in Personio (HRIS) for managing HR data and processes.

• Good understanding of German employment law and best practices.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing and improving HR processes and policies.

• Deep understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to drive efficient talent acquisition strategies.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating workshops focused on leadership team building and skill development is a plus.

• German on a native level and fluent in English.
