NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist in Erie PA

Our Erie outpatient physical therapy center is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences.

Schedule: Monday Tuesday Thursday 8am6:30pm Wednesday Friday 8am1pm.

No Weekends

Compensation: Salary based on your experience. $3000 SIGN ON BONUS.

Unique Location/Job Details: 2 PT 2 PTA outpatient center offers a diverse orthopedic patient mix including sports medicine.New PT Graduates Welcome mentorship provided. Full caseload is 810 patients per 8 hours.

Responsibilities

  • Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
  • Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
  • Evaluate treat and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with coworkers physicians patients family members and thirdparty payors at all times.
  • Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/ Registration REQUIRED to start
  • CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
