Job Description

C&S Healthcare Services Inc. is a locally owned and operated healthcare company based in Houston TX. Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite role for a Nurse Alternate Administrator for the Agency. The Alternate Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daytoday operations managing teams budgeting and ensuring highquality customer service. This role is located in Houston TX.

Qualifications

  • Licensed registered nurse; or licensed vocational nurse.
  • Bachelors degree in home health nursing or other related field and with at least five 5 years of experience in health service administration and at least five 5 years of administrative or supervisory experience in home health care or related health program (hospital nursing facility personal assistance services or hospice etc.
  • Operations Management and Team Management skills
  • Analytical skills for data analysis report creation and decisionmaking
  • Budgeting skills to maintain financial performance
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality and satisfaction
  • Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written
  • Detailoriented and highly organized
  • Extensive computer word processing and data entry experience.
  • Ability to complete daily staffing based on client need and census.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage administrative and field staff to maintain processes resolve conflict and comply with Agency policies and procedures.
  • Must function with minimal supervision and exhibit good judgment.
  • Maintain client and employee confidentiality per Agency policy and HIPAA regulations.
  • Ability to read write and comprehend English; Spanish as a second language preferable.
