As a Business Analyst at Picnic youll be at the forefront of innovation tackling complex challenges with fresh groundbreaking solutions. This role is all about driving impactyoull analyze data identify opportunities develop strategies that push boundaries and redefine the grocery shopping experience. We believe theres no puzzle we cannot solve with the team were building here. Once you join Picnic your starting project team and team lead will be determined based on what fits you the best.
Tricks of the trade
- Solving reallife puzzles: Tackling critical business questions that shape Picnics business model every day. Curious about the questions
- Innovating across borders: Working on projects spanning three countries and contributing to Picnics inhouse innovation shaping the business model as we grow
- Building sustainable solutions: Using data and technology to develop solutions which are impactful and scalable
- Owning solutions endtoend: Taking full ownership of projects from conceptualization to implementation across different areas of the business
- Leading with ambition: Using your relentless determination and grit to take the drivers seat and redefine the grocery shopping experience
Your superpowers
- Masters degree in Engineering Econometrics Mathematics Physics or an equivalent quantitative study
- 24 years of work experience in a fastpaced environment startup scale up or business consulting
- Problemsolving mindset and passion for tackling complex challenges
- Strong communication skills which allow you to convert abstract plans into digestible information for your team
- Proficient with SQL and Python or excited to learn
- EU citizenship or valid visa to work in the EU
