Oracle SCM Cloud Consultant

Summary:
RFSMART is a global awardwinning company and leader in software and product development professional services and consulting. The consultant is part of our RFSMART for Oracle Cloud Professional Services team. A successful consultant has Oracle ERP experience and has the responsibility of planning a project and implementing the industry leading RFSMART mobile supply chain software successfully. One needs to have strong management skills to coordinate multiple concurrent projects and a taskoriented discipline to execute project objectives and deliverables. Because RFSMART is tightly integrated with the Oracle Cloud ERP this role requires experience with either Oracle EBusiness Suite or Oracle Cloud. Our preference is for this candidate to be located in the UK but a remote candidate located in EMEA would be considered.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage timeline scope and customer expectations
- Manage project deliverables
- Execute multiple projects at the same time
- Interact with Oracle partners to ensure project plan alignment
- Manage customer requirements resolve issues and escalate issues when needed
- Lead the following project activities
- Definition of functional and technical specifications
- Unit and integration testing
- Golive planning and support
- Develop relationships with customers in order to become a trusted Supply Chain advisor
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years consulting experience
- Consulting or working experience with Oracle EBusiness Suite or Oracle Cloud Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to different environments industries and business challenges
- Adept at building trust and relationships quickly
- Creative motivated and growthoriented team player
- Word Excel PowerPoint Microsoft Project skills
- Ability to travel to client sites up to 60 of the time
- Mobile applications (including Oracle MSCA) experience is a plus
- Mobile device (scanner) experience is a plus
- Technical or Application Development experience is a plus
