Shift: 2nd Shift Monday Friday 1:30 PM 10:00 PM
Pay: $19.03 /hr. $22.47 /hr.
Shift Premium:$1.50 /hr.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ensure correct program is loaded into the computer
- Use precision to position and load steel parts into mold
- Charge mold
- Inspect and trim excess material from hardened foam
- Spray mold release and paint on dies and parts
- Follow all Safety procedures
- Responsible for keeping work area clean and organized
- Understand and practice Quality System requirements and documentation (i.e. applicable inspection verification and disposition procedures and/or instructions and forms required as part of the process)
Essential Skills and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be very attentive to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Good finger dexterity armhand steadiness and multilimb coordination
- Ability to use a razor blade safely
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds regularly and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds with assistance
