Job Description
An exciting job role has recently become available in Preston/Blackpool/Lancaster. They are looking for a new member for their Mental HealthTeam.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans with other healthcare professionals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions including counseling medication management and crisis intervention.
- Regularly review and monitor patients progress adjusting care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatments offering support to manage their conditions.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Postqualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
