Transaction Manager Responsibilities:
- Maximising the profitable sales of finance and insurance products to the desired high standard of the clients brand
- To assist in the closing of vehicle sales by providing finance products as an aid to selling
- To secure finance business using providers approved by the client
- To ensure the companys F&I policies are strictly adhered to by all staff when using finance and insurance products
- To ensure that Sales Management General Management and other frontline sales staff are kept abreast of developments in the finance and insurance market.
- To aim for complete customer satisfactionin all areas of finance business
- To ensure all legal requirements of the FCA are met
- Up to date knowledge and relevant experience gained with the finance and insurance industry
The ideal Transaction Manager:
- A Full Driving License is Essential
- Is flexible hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Highly motivated and physically capable of working in a fastpaced environment
- You must have a passion to engage with customers on a daily basis
- Previous experience as a Business Manager / Sales Controller / Transaction Manager is essential
