Job Description
We are seeking a people oriented person who is driven hardworking and goal oriented to fit within our dynamic company culture. The main role of the Technical Service Representative is to accurately review and upload underwriting data to insurance company portals and conduct renewal reviews.
RIBO LICENSE PREFERRED
Primary responsibilities include:
- Accurate uploading and processing of data to insurance company portals
- Renewal coverage and discount reviews
- Handling of late payment notices banking changes and payments.
- Reception relief on occasion during breaks.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- 1 2 years insurance servicing experience
- Proficient in the use Power Broker and Nexisys
- Able to upload and download data to/from various insurance company portals
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite (high level in spreadsheet organization)
- A team player with a sound work ethic
- Very strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational interpersonal written and oral communication skills
