As a Workforce Planner you will be responsible for forecasting staffing needs developing strategic workforce plans and ensuring efficient allocation of human resources across the organization. The Workforce Planner will leverage data analytics to provide insights and recommendations ensuring alignment with company goals and driving organizational success.

- Develop and implement comprehensive workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze workforce metrics and trends to accurately forecast staffing needs.
- Collaborate with department leaders to assess staffing requirements and maintain optimal workforce levels.
- Create detailed staffing models including headcount forecasts hiring plans and succession strategies.
- Monitor and report key workforce metrics such as turnover rates vacancy rates and timetofill positions.
- Identify skills gaps and partner with HR and training teams to develop solutions.
- Optimize workforce allocation to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct regular reviews of workforce plans to ensure alignment with evolving business goals.
- Utilize data analytics to gain workforce insights and make strategic recommendations.
- Support change management initiatives related to workforce planning.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in workforce planning and talent management.
- Communicate with staffing agencies regarding temporary staffing assignments.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies procedures and safety regulations.
- Maintain a safe work environment and operate in a safe manner.
- Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 35 years of experience in workforce planning or talent management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce analytics and forecasting tools.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
Work Environment:
- May involve exposure to allergens such as Soy Wheat Fish Shellfish Milk Egg Tree Nuts and Sesame.

This position is currently classified as onsite.
Base Salary Range: $84500.00 $104000.00 per year based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance 401(k) Holidays Vacation Tuition Reimbursement Program.
The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including but not limited to location skills education and experience.
