Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to clients ensuring their automotive service needs are met. The Service Advisor will communicate with customers to understand their vehicle issues provide accurate cost estimates and ensure a smooth service experience.
**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
Previous customer service experience preferably in an automotive or service industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of basic automotive terminology and services
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in computer skills and software applications
Detailoriented and organized
**Responsibilities:**
Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
Listen to customers concerns and document information accurately
Provide cost estimates and timeframes for service completion
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
Communicate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
Address customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
Upsell additional services or products when appropriate
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
