The Primary Care Services Manager (PCSM) is a LPN who supervises the overall operations of communitybased Primary Care and supports the mission goals and objectives of the North Country Family Health Center Inc. by planning implementing and supporting Primary Care services. Under the direction of the Clinical Operations Officer (COO) the PCSM fosters and encourages a positive work environment by modeling the Health Centers Brilliantly Orange culture. He/she works closely with the COO in the development and support of health programs telehealth policy and procedures and quality initiatives. The PCSM assists in compliance with Department of Health HRSA and OSHA regulations. The PCSM supervises other LPN and MA staff and is responsible for ensuring high quality care. May assist with immunization and medication administration tasks as needed.

Current New York State LPN license;
Proven knowledge of patient care access and compliance regulations. A minimum of 35 years of clinical or quality program management experience preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Has excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Is skilled with computers and computer applications. Gives attention to detail and possesses problem resolution skills. Has a positive attitude and high energy is a quick learner is adaptable to change and is resourceful and proactive when identifying and resolving problems. NYS drivers license; reliable transportation; ability to lift equipment up to 30 pounds.
