Job Description
Scott Kia of Springfield is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team of professionals for our Service Department. The ideal candidate will possess a high energy level a positive attitude strong organization communication and problemsolving skills.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and distribute the days schedule to prepare for incoming guests and manage efficient workflow through the shop selling work needed to satisfy customer requests and maximize profitability.
- Create a 5star experience while leading each customer through the service journey to inspire trust and loyalty.
- Take ownership and expedite the wellorganized preparation of information and paperwork for all departments. Also attentively communicate with the customer and coordinate vehicles through the shop car wash and loaner department.
- Assist the Service Manager with the tactful management of highexpectation customers. Take ownership of resolving customer service concerns.
JOB TYPE: Fulltime
PAY: $45000.00 per year
SHIFT:
- Day shift
- No nights
WORK DAYS:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
- Drivers License (Required)
WORK LOCATION: In person
