Our client is an established and well respected builder/developer and is currently sourcing for an experienced handson and operationally focused Site Super to oversee the finishing phase of their high profile project. The company has a successful reputable and proven track record in the residential construction industry and is looking for an established Super who can hit the ground running and bring their specific expertise and ideas to the company.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing the daytoday operations of all projects within the scope of the Finishing Site Super role. This includes: tracking progress managing trades complying with regulations ensuring deadline completions and running a safe site.
If you like leading a strong team and working with likeminded professionals on interesting projects then this is the opportunity for you! Previous experience with a similar role in the GTA and a high attention to detail is essential.
