About The Opportunity
Are you a skilled Service Technician looking for an exciting new role In this position you will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing a wide range of catering equipment ensuring seamless operation for valued clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Keeping accurate records of services and repairs
- Participating in afterhours service calls when necessary
- Assisting in the installation of new equipment as required
- Diagnosing malfunctions and providing timely effective solutions
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on catering equipment
- Responding to service calls and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction
- Providing client training and support on equipment operation and maintenance
About You
You are a dedicated and proactive professional with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering exceptional service. To excel in this role you will need:
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Indepth technical knowledge of catering equipment
- A valid restricted electrical licence and/or gas fitters licence
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role
- A valid drivers licence and willingness to travel within the service area
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
