What Youll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 7 years experience selling construction materials.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Work Environment
- Fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
- Most of the client base is in the Pittsburgh area. The role will office in Connellsville with flexible office time.
