We are seeking a highly motivated leader who will make a difference if the life of others by improving the life of customers through the innovative products offered at Procter & Gamble. In this role you will provide Engineering leadership and support to Procter and Gamble (P&G) site via technical mastery and sitespecific coaching. This role is key to keeping P&G as the top producer of consumer goods in the world. The successful individual will be flexible with their working capability to meet P&G expectations lead various action plan focus items and implement innovative programs.
In this role you will build an engineering mastery. Provides support on;
- Engineering matters for the Business Unit and R&D innovation projects and initiatives
- Site engineering issues and problems
- Innovation of new and current product lines offered by the company.
Responsible for completing tasks that can range from the creating of a new product line to the development of new packages the testing of new materials and the conversion of process to pave the way of the future.
- Create models and conduct analyses to support project outcomes.
- Demonstrate stewardship and execute organizational responsibilities.
- Identify key business building opportunities within the engineering domain.
- Train others on core competencies within the engineering field.
Qualifications:
- Completed at least an undergraduate degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in at least two jobspecific skills one of which needs to be an Engineering core skill.
- Quickly adapts to new cultures/systems.
- Able to learn new skills/processes rapidly.

- Bachelor or Masters degree in and Engineering
- Ability to travel 1025 of the time
- Willing to relocate throughout the career
- 03 years of experience
