Are you an English ECT or an experienced teacher looking for a new role in a supportive school
We are seeking an English Teacher to join a highachieving secondary school in Richmond from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and contribute to a thriving English department.
English Teacher Role & Responsibilities:
- Teach English across KS3 and KS4 with the potential for KS5.
- Deliver engaging and wellstructured lessons to support student progress.
- Assess track and use data to inform teaching and interventions.
- Foster a love for literature and language in students of all abilities.
- Contribute to curriculum development and department initiatives.
English Teacher Requirements:
- QTS or working towards QTS (ECTs welcome to apply).
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English education.
- Ability to engage and inspire students with varied learning needs.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
