JMA has multiple openings for Operator I on 1st and 2nd Shifts at our Liverpool NY location for fulltime Temporary work.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Solder assembly (pin and through hole) of antenna products; including clip to board dipole radiator assembly and pin soldering.
- Solder assembly (resistance and component) of antenna products; including cable to circuit board cable to transition clip wiper assembly solder.
- Ensuring that the quality of the products they handle are within optimal condition.
- Operator must be flexible and remain productive in a high pace production environment.
- Operators must meet and/or exceed production standards for throughput and first pass yield
- Follow Q&EMS Policies Procedures and Instructions
- Assist JMA in minimizing its impact on the environment and preventing pollution throughrecycling efforts defined in the waste managementprogramsand ensuring chemicals are managedin a manner that prevents spills.
- Operators must exhibit punctuality and exceptional attendance records
Qualifications:
- A strong work ethic

- The ability to work well within a team environment
- The ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment
- Mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing production environment
- Solder assembly experience minimum 1 year in manufacturing environment
- Solder Certifications JSTD001 IPCA610/620 certification programs
- Ability to sit stand and lift up to 30 lbs
1st and 2nd Shift Hours are Available Choose Which Schedule Works for You!
- 1st Shift Hours are Mondays Thursdays either 5 am 3:30 pm OR 5:30 am 4pm
- 2nd Shift Hours are Mondays Thursdays either 3:30 pm 2 am OR 4 pm 2:30 am
$16 $16.50 an hour
The US national hourly salary for this role is $1616.50/hr. The range includes the hourly rate that is expected to be paid for this role. Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to the of scope and complexity of the role the successful candidates relevant experience skills and knowledge peer and market data and geographic location. Second Shifts have a minimum shift premium of 12.5 in addition to the hourly rate listed.
