Growth and revenue generation will be a key component for this position as we are looking to increase our revenue and impact in our community.
- Greet customers and welcome those participants in class
- Respond to all customer service inquiries regarding your programs and rentals.
- Create/introduce/ and build new in house programs/leagues/events
- Manage and organize Staff weekly.
- Assist staff through their training throughout the seasons
- Distribute all marketing initiatives each session
- Communicate to all patrons
- Required to work consistent shifts throughout each session
- Performs other related duties as needed
- Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.
- Prior experience in management but not required
- BA in Sports Management but not required.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with staff and with customers
- Be able to reach bend stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to work on your feet for an extended period of time
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings

Lil Kickers is a nationwide soccer program rooted in child development theory for kids ages 18 months to 12 years old. Weekly classes are packed with fun and taught by dynamic coaches with a passion for kids. We focus on helping children build strong physical intellectual and emotional skills using the game of soccer. With more than 100 locations across the U.S. and Canada Lil Kickers has been a source of fun and individual growth for more thanparticipants over the past 20 years.
