The Admission Officer is an entrylevel position and serves as a fulltime member of the Office of Admission. As a member of the admission faculty the admission officer will be an integral part of the Academys outreach recruitment and selection of a highly talented and diverse student population.
Fulltime 12 months/year 40 hours/week weekend duties and offcampus travel as needed. This position is for a twoyear appointment renewable annually and comes with oncampus housing. In exchange for housing this role is expected to participate fully in the residential life of our community. These residential responsibilities are in addition to the core responsibilities of the Admission Officer.
Conduct oncampus and offcampus admission interviews of prospective students and parents
Participate in offcampus recruitment activities and present at various admission events designed to educate prospective families on Phillips Exeter Academy.
Organize recruitment events such as Exeter Evenings
Review admissions applications and serve as a member of the admissions committee.
Support social media accounts for admissions.
Support Director of Multicultural Outreach with FlyIn Program
Perform other duties as needed and as assigned by the Dean of Enrollment.

Education
Bachelors degree required.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience with or knowledge of independent residential education.
Admission experience preferable.
