Job Description
General Requirements
- Current state of Texas APS (Alarm Planning Superintendent License) or able to obtain NICET level 3 or ESA level 3 within 6090 days in order to apply for APS
- Current state of Texas FAL (Fire Alarm License) or NICET Fire alarm level 2 which qualifies for FAL
- Test inspect maintain and repair fire alarm system
- Schedule coordinate and supervise fire alarm system annual inspection and testing
- Maintain and repair fire alarm system
- Provide 24/7 oncall support for AUSS fire alarm systems
- Schedule coordinate and supervise AUSS fire suppression systems semiannual inspections
- Support AUSS fire sprinkler system semiannual inspections
- Support AUSS fire sprinkler system repairs (manage daily activities)
- Coordinate fire alarm system activity with internal customers (attend Meetings as necessary)
- Schedule and coordinate fire alarm system repairs requiring outside vendor support
