Job Description

General Requirements

  • Current state of Texas APS (Alarm Planning Superintendent License) or able to obtain NICET level 3 or ESA level 3 within 6090 days in order to apply for APS
  • Current state of Texas FAL (Fire Alarm License) or NICET Fire alarm level 2 which qualifies for FAL
  • Test inspect maintain and repair fire alarm system
  • Schedule coordinate and supervise fire alarm system annual inspection and testing
  • Maintain and repair fire alarm system
  • Provide 24/7 oncall support for AUSS fire alarm systems
  • Schedule coordinate and supervise AUSS fire suppression systems semiannual inspections
  • Support AUSS fire sprinkler system semiannual inspections
  • Support AUSS fire sprinkler system repairs (manage daily activities)
  • Coordinate fire alarm system activity with internal customers (attend Meetings as necessary)
  • Schedule and coordinate fire alarm system repairs requiring outside vendor support
