Responsibilities

• Lead of the Team of DevOps Engineers to maintain support and enhance our CICD practices.
• Implementing and maintaining new Continuous Integration tools and infrastructure.
• Understanding the changing needs of developers and translating them into action items.
• Creating new ways to automate and improve the Continuous Integration process.
• Testing and examining code written by others
• Identifying technical problems and developing updates and fixes
• Working with other teams in the organization to ensure adherence to our best practices
• Setting up maintaining and optimizing pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)
• Deploy updates and fixes as required to ensure Continuous Integration
• Develop solutions to integrate with internal backend systems as needed
• Perform root cause analysis of development and production build and pipeline issues
• Develop automation to enhance current processes
• Develop new procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Experience Required

• Experience 10 years of experience as a DevOps engineer or a similar software engineering role.
• 3 years in a leadership role leading a team of DevOps or software engineers.
• A strong foundation in System Engineering and Administration Linux Windows
• Experience with one or more of the following scripting languages Bash PowerShell Python
• Experience with one or more of the following Version Control/Repository Management tools Git GitHub GitLab
• Experience with one of the following CICD tools Jenkins GitLab CI/CD GitHub Actions CircleCI
• Experience with one or more of the following Observability tools Prometheus Grafana Datadog CloudWatch Lens
• Experience with one or more of the following log management tools Elastic Stack Grafana Loki FluentD
• Experience with one or more of the following Configuration Management tools Ansible Chef Puppet
• Experience with one or more of the following Cloud Platforms GCP AWS Azure
• Experience with embedded systems build and development process preferred.
• Team leadership experience highly preferred.
