WA Primary Health Alliance (WAPHA) is expanding its Contract Management and Procurement team and we are looking for talented professionals to fill multiple roles including Senior Procurement Officer Procurement Manager Contract Manager and Contract Support Officer. Available Roles:
Procurement Manager (Band 6 $135k$150k plus super) 1 FTE Ongoing
Lead the procurement function and ensure best practices across sourcing supplier management and governance.
Develop and implement procurement policies and frameworks.
Provide strategic advice and oversee major procurement projects.
Support and mentor the procurement team to drive continuous improvement.
Senior Procurement Officer (Band 5 106k$119k Plus Superannuation)
1 FTE Maximum Term contract until 30th June 2026 3 positions Available
0.5 FTE Maximum Term contract until 30th June 2026
1 FTE Ongoing Contract
Manage endtoend procurement processes including sourcing tendering and contract negotiations.
Provide highlevel procurement advice and support stakeholders.
Ensure compliance risk mitigation and transparency in procurement activities.
Work closely with contract managers to resolve procurementrelated issues.
Contract Manager (Band 5 106k$119k Plus Superannuation)
1 FTE Ongoing Contract 2 positions Available
Part Time 0.5 FTE Maximum Term contract until 30th June 2026
Manage highrisk complex contracts with commissioned service providers.
Negotiate implement and oversee contract strategies aligned with WAPHAs objectives.
Monitor provider performance and ensure contractual compliance.
Identify opportunities to improve contract management practices.
Contract Support Officer (Band 3 $74$77k Plus Superannuation)
1 FTE Ongoing Contract
Provide administrative and operational support across contract management activities.
Assist with document preparation compliance tracking and reporting.
Support contract managers in monitoring contract performance.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract operations.
Who Were Looking For:
Procurement Manager with leadership experience and a strategic mindset.
Senior Procurement Officers with expertise in procurement governance and risk management.
Contract Managers with strong contract negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Contract Support Officers with excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
Experience in the healthcare government or notforprofit sectors is highly desirable.
