About The Opportunity

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the daytoday operations of the workshop while assisting mechanics with complex repairs
  • Training and mentoring junior mechanics to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Coordinating tasks and workflow to ensure timely completion of service jobs
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

About You

The successful candidate will have

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the same or similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Certificate in Light Automotive Engineering or relevant trade qualification
  • Current NZ drivers licence and CoF and WoFA Inspection certificate (desirable)
