About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the daytoday operations of the workshop while assisting mechanics with complex repairs
- Training and mentoring junior mechanics to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Coordinating tasks and workflow to ensure timely completion of service jobs
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
About You
The successful candidate will have
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the same or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Certificate in Light Automotive Engineering or relevant trade qualification
- Current NZ drivers licence and CoF and WoFA Inspection certificate (desirable)
