Job Description
Starting at $32/hour
*Salary is negotiable depending on experience skillset and certifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Travel to various job sites
- Perform observations field testing and inspections
- Document field activity and report the findings to clients and supervisors
- Communicate with various field personnel and coworkers
- Communicate with managers show commitment as a team player and organize work and manage time effectively
- Other duties may be assigned
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one of the ICC certifications (ICC Masonry ICC Reinforced Concrete ICC Soils)
- 1 year(s) relevant experience performing special inspections on at least one type of construction material (such as soils masonry concrete structural steel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and excellent client relations skills
- UL Firestop Exam with one year of related experience or
- FM Firestop Exam with one year of related experience or
- Valid Drivers License with an acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- UL Firestop Exam with one year of related experience or
- FM Firestop Exam with one year of related experience or
