Job Description
Director Outside Plant Construction
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Director of Outside Plant Construction for a leading telecommunications and utilities infrastructure organization. The ideal candidate must possess 710 years of OSP Construction experience and ideally with a rural turnkey construction background. You will manage and develop an OSP team. This critical leadership role requires a background in fastpaced environments showcasing strong organizational and strategic skills and developing people for career advancement.
The Director will oversee all aspects of Outside Plant Construction ensuring efficiency and excellence. P&L experience is essential as the candidate will contribute to financial success. Our clients organization fosters development and growth providing an opportunity for the candidate to thrive..
Requirements:
- 710 Years of Outside Plant Construction
- Underground Aerial and Fiber Splicing project experience required
- P&L responsibility results drivenand excellent analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills able to develop and mentor.
- Current Direct Reports experience and team development
