Role Lead Consultant Oracle ERP Cloud (Order Management)

Responsibilities
- Providing expertise in business process mapping to Oracle ERP Cloud Applications & Technical feasibility analysis
- Leading a team of functional consultants to deliver solutions based on Oracle ERP Order Management Cloud
- Ability & Experience in handson configuration of Oracle ERP Cloud OM modules
- Formulating the Testing Data Migration & Reconciliation strategies.
- Conceptualization & Design of Complex Customizations from a functional standpoint
- Experienced in working in a global delivery model.
- Highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and hungry for growth.
- Strong Analytical and ProblemSolving Skills
- In a client facing role advising the client leads/teams on best practice process and system solutions.
- As Subject Matter Expert (SME) leading pursuits in Oracle ERP Cloud Order Management (ERP) Implementation as well as AMS
- Contribute to Recruitment drives & other Practice Level initiatives.
Main Job Duties:
Implementation:
- Participate in analysis and design tasks related to the development and implementation of solution architecture.
- Create detailed functional design process flows build solution and perform unit testing of solution components.
- Work with crossfunctional teams at customer site to drive system/solution/technical architecture.
- Strong functional capabilities in the EBS OM modules.
- Expertise in the Documentation Setups & functional flows for Oracle Order Management Fusion system
- Expert in functional configuration setup remediation workarounds functional documentation preparing test plans and user training.
Preferred:
- Will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise during the entire project lifecycle.
- Providing architectural solutions design functional consulting for Oracle Order Management Cloud
- Determines implementation best practices across all projects.
- Provide training to the customers on the solutions.
- Accelerate teams capabilities through solution design guidance targeted solution reviews and ondemand troubleshooting.
- Anticipate customer needs and provide inputs for solutions.
- Keep track of timelines and scope and resolve conflicts between business and technology teams by communication and guidance and avoid any deviations.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the project team and program manager to deliver the project scope.
- Analyze new and complex projectrelated problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule technology methodology tools solution components and Order management of the project.
- Build credibility with others quickly by delivering as promised and providing proactive communications.
