A little about this position:
- Guest Experience Manager oversees lobby operations and hotel amenities such as bell/valet services concierge and activities.
- Manages guest concerns satisfaction and guest recovery ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
- Performs duties of the Front Office Manager in their absence.
Requirements:
- Fouryear college degree or 12 years of previous experience in a luxury or fullservice property setting.
- Minimum of two years guest service or hospitality experience.
- Marriott/Westin experience beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1year management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of business software emphasis on MS Excel Word Power Point.
- Professional demeanor attitude and appearance.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests employees and management.
- Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines in a highvolume setting.
- Flexibility in scheduling based on guest demand and occupancy changes.
- Candidates should enjoy public interaction and display a positive attitude with a willingness to serve.
Pay: $66560.00 $72172.50 per year
