A little about this position:

  • Guest Experience Manager oversees lobby operations and hotel amenities such as bell/valet services concierge and activities.
  • Manages guest concerns satisfaction and guest recovery ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
  • Performs duties of the Front Office Manager in their absence.

Requirements:

  • Fouryear college degree or 12 years of previous experience in a luxury or fullservice property setting.
  • Minimum of two years guest service or hospitality experience.
  • Marriott/Westin experience beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1year management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of business software emphasis on MS Excel Word Power Point.
  • Professional demeanor attitude and appearance.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with guests employees and management.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and with deadlines in a highvolume setting.
  • Flexibility in scheduling based on guest demand and occupancy changes.
  • Candidates should enjoy public interaction and display a positive attitude with a willingness to serve.

Pay: $66560.00 $72172.50 per year
