Job Description

Stone Pro Inc. 7447 Partridge Road Eau Claire WI 54703 is seeking 10 temporary fulltime carpenter helpers to work at 818 W Main Street Sun Prairie WI 53590 and in Dane county and the Madison WI metropolitan statistical area in Wisconsin from 04/01/2025 to 12/20/2025 for $17.32/hour. Applicants may be offered higher than the advertised wage rate due to experience or merit. Duties include helping carpenters by performing duties requiring less skill. Carry tools and wood. Make simple wood cuts. Nail simple lumber pieces. Construct wood forms ensuring they are aligned straightened plumb or square for installation. Assist in raising wood forms to the required elevation. Position wood forms. Secure stakes to grids for construction of footings nail scabs to footing forms place concrete in forms and vibrate and float concrete. Must be able to lift and carry 80 pounds 20 yards. No prior education or experience required. Onthejob training will be provided to the worker. Daily transportation to and from the worksite will be provided. Approximately 40 hours/week MondayFriday with Saturday work as needed. Hours are 7:00AM3:00PM with up to 15 hours of overtime which may be available but is not guaranteed. Overtime rate is $25.98. The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due and pay biweekly by check. The employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck as required by law. Any advances will be deducted with the consent of the employee. The employer will provide housing as an option to the employees. Employees who elect to live in the housing will have an additional $116.00 deducted per biweekly paycheck for rent and utilities. Employer will deduct the reasonable cost of damages and/or replacement of tools and/or equipment if such repair or replacement results from willful neglect or gross negligence of the employee. Employer will deduct the reasonable cost of negligent damage to lodging facilities and vehicles. The worker will be reimbursed for transportation and subsistence from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer whether in the U.S. or abroad to the place of employment in the first workweek at a rate of a minimum of $15.88 per day to a maximum of $59.00 per day with documentation of actual expenses. The employer will provide or pay for the workers cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker disregarding intervening employment departed to work for the employer if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed before 12/20/2025. The employer will provide transportation to and from the worksite. The employer will reimburse the H2B worker in the first workweek for all visa visa processing border crossing and other related fees including those mandated by the government incurred by the H2B worker (but need not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit of the worker). The employer will provide to the worker without charge or deposit charge all tools supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. The employer may be contacted ator via email at .
