HR Executive/Manager Hyderabad Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities: US Based IT Firm)

Assist in recruitment including job posting candidate screening and interview coordination of IT recruiters.
- Past experience of hiring US IT Recruiters is defintely plus but not mandatory.
- Maintain and update employee records contracts and HR documentation.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Handle HR queries and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and teambuilding initiatives.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Handle confidential information and maintain discretion.
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare reports presentations and correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate officerelated activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree or Masters in HR Business Administration or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles preferably in an IT or consulting firm.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail.
Pay: starts From 25000.00 per month but Depends on Experience and confidence
