Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detailoriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing visual concepts that communicate ideas inspire and inform our audience. Your work will include creating designs for digital and print media such as websites social media advertisements branding materials and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop visually engaging graphics for a variety of platforms including digital advertisements social media posts websites print materials (brochures flyers posters) and more.
- Branding: Create and maintain cohesive brand visuals ensuring all designs align with the companys identity style guidelines and target audience.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing content and product teams to understand design requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Editing and Revision: Prepare and modify designs based on feedback ensuring highquality and ontime delivery.
- Print and Digital Assets: Design both print and digital materials ensuring that the designs are optimized for their respective media.
- Stay Current with Trends: Keep up to date with the latest design trends techniques and tools to ensure designs are fresh modern and innovative.
- File Management: Prepare and organize final design files for production both digital and print ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Client Interaction: (If applicable) Communicate with clients to understand their needs preferences and expectations for design projects.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of work.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of typography color theory layout and design principles.
- Ability to create designs for both print and digital formats.
- Knowledge of web design and user interface principles (UI/UX).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Education: Degree in Graphic Design Visual Communications or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills able to collaborate effectively within teams and with clients.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with animation or motion graphics (e.g. Adobe After Effects).
- Familiarity with HTML CSS and web design concepts.
- Knowledge of photography or videography.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website design.
Work Environment:

Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Visual Content Creator, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, or similar role. Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc. or similar tools. Solid understanding of multimedia content creation, including video production, editing, and graphic design. Excellent creativity and a keen eye for detail, composition, and design aesthetics. Familiarity with social media platforms and the best practices for creating engaging visual content. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and basic web design principles. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. A portfolio showcasing previous visual content creation work (videos, graphics, animations, etc.. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with motion graphics or 3D design. Knowledge of photography and videography techniques. Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design tools. Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as marketing, media, or advertising. Working Conditions: Full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely or on-site, depending on the company s needs. The role may require occasional evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines or special events. Collaborative, creative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
