European Graduate Consumer Marketing

We are seeking our new European Product Marketing Graduates cohort for October 2025!
Starting in October 2025 our prestigious European Graduate Program provides an immersive experience from day one. Your personal and professional development will be supported by networking sessions with graduates from other European countries and various trainings including a sixmonth development program Making of Champion focusing on your leadership skills and attitudes that will enable you to realise more of your potential achieve meaningful work and personal goals and develop success habits. All this knowledge and experience will be demonstrated during halfyearly reflection presentations with senior business leaders.

The 30month Graduate Program consists of two assignments:
- Your first 18month assignment will be in the Sony Germany Marketing function. Depending on your natural talents behaviours & passions youll do either one or two rotations in groups such as Product Marketing & Management Channel Marketing Marketing Communications or Trade Marketing.
- Afterwards you will join one of the PanEuropean teams for a second 12month assignment. In this role you will have a chance to gain a broader and more strategic view of Sony Europe its products and various European markets. For example you will support strategic product launches and business and marketing planning across the whole of Europe.
As part of the 2.5year program you will be exposed to a broad range of other business functions including finance procurement public relations and logistics. You will be given the opportunity to not only expand your knowledge but also immerse yourself in what it means to be a marketing professional in a multinational organisation and to understand where your career could take you.
At the end of your second assignment in April 2028 we plan that you will be ready to thrive & take on a new responsibility and to further develop your career in Sony Europe in a permanent role in one of our Marketing teams.
Please do note that initially this role is for a 30month 2.5 years) contract.
What will you bring
- Degree in Marketing Business Management Economics or relevant field
- Marketing / Commercial experience gained during placement internships or extracurricular activities
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word PowerPoint Excel SharePoint)
- English language (written and spoken) fluency in other European language(s) is a plus
- Affinity for technology and desire to grow and develop
Our recruitment process:
We will be closing the application window on Friday 28th March 2025.
Once youve applied well carefully review your profile. Afterwards the selected candidates will be asked to complete a selfservice video interview.
Once reviewed well then invite candidates to a 30minute first stage interview with our dedicated Early Careers Talent Partner.
The final stage of the process will then be a virtual halfday showcase event in which well learn more about each other through interviews and interactive team tasks.
