Job Description
Direct Support Professional Residential PartTime Weekdays 2nd Shift
Location: Spring Hill TN
Department: Residential Services
Type: PartTime 25 hours per week)
Shift: Monday Friday 2 PM 7 PM
Min. Experience: Entry Level
The ideal Residential Life Skills Coach candidate must be creative techsavvy openminded flexible innovative and have a passion for helping others. At Waves we support and advocate for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This is a fun rewarding job where you will enrich the life of an adult with an intellectual or developmental disability by providing care and coaching them through daily life activities while supporting their opportunities to live the life they want to have. This position is under the supervision of the Residential Program Manager.

Base Rate of Pay: $16.00/hour $1/hour weekend differential
Requirements of a Direct Support Professional:
- High school diploma and experience in a related field.
- Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at a time.
- Have a Tennessee drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Intermediate computer skills are required as we use technology for daily documentation and to help the person receiving support to engage in their communities.
