In ManpowerGroup we are constantly growing! Therefore we are in search of an inhouse Payroll Consultant.

What is Expected from You
You will be responsible for supporting the timely and accurately delivery of a highly demanding payroll process as well as for the follow up of labor insurance and tax issues.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and process payroll for client employees ensuring accuracy in payments and deduction
- Update and maintain accurate payroll records including salary information working hours overtime and deductions
- Collaborate with clients to resolve payrollrelated issues and provide necessary clarifications
- Ensure adherence to current labor and tax laws including regulations on taxes and social security contributions
- Generate and submit payrollrelated reports to clients and relevant authorities
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- 13 years of previous experience in payroll or related work ideally within a human resources firm
- Strong understanding of labor and tax laws related to payroll
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office programs particularly Excel
- Ability to manage client communications effectively and resolve issues professionally
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and support colleagues.
