Job Summary
QSAC is looking for a detailed and dedicated Direct Care Medical Coordinator as part of the Nursing team. You will be responsible for securing and tracking medical appointments orders and medication availability and record maintenance. Must be able to travel throughout the Long Island area. The two site locations you will be responsible for are Dix Hills and Wantagh
The salary range for this position is $18.00$19.00 an hour.
