DES is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Enterprise Account Management Technician. This position is responsible for the creation management and termination of access to various inhouse developed and commercial offtheself systems. Responsibilities include handling requests through the current ticketing system participating in meetings and adhering to the agencys change management practices.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely within Arizona based upon the departments business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

All work including remote work should be performed within Arizona unless an exception is properly authorized in advance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supports the business as subject matter expert for accounts used within the DES systems and environments.
Identifies opportunities for use of solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Creates and maintains standard work and process documentation.
Processes documents and coordinates resolution of trouble calls with help desk.
Ensures compliance with standards for systems software and documentation.
Follows applicable policies to ensure compliance related to enterprise accounts during maintenance. This includes but is not limited to account creation termination deletion transfer and modification.
Responds promptly to customer needs and takes a customercentric approach to problem solving.
Monitors reports and logs to ensure policies and work standards are followed.
Categorizes isolates and resolves system problems.
Implements software patches security fixes and tests and validates modified system configurations.
Knowledge of:
Infrastructure technologies and inhouse developed applications utilized in the enterprise.
Information security technologies in the areas of risk assessment compliance and vulnerability management.
Various infrastructure technologies and inhouse developed applications utilized in the enterprise.
Regularly providing specific instructions to complete tasks; regularly participating in reviews of assigned and completed tasks.
Information system configuration management.
Skills In:
Soliciting customer feedback to improve service responding to requests for service and assistance.
Identifying opportunities for use of solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

This ideal candidate for this position will have:
Bachelors Degree or 3 or more years of experience in Systems Administration (or equivalent experience).
Experience with Active Directory Account Management Okta Account Management Mainframe Account management or custom application account management.
Employee shall obtain and maintain a valid Level One fingerprint clearance card that meets DES requirements for a Level One card pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 411969.

State employees are required to participate in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) the State sponsored retirement contribution plan and the LongTerm Disability (LTD) program after a 27week waiting period. The ASRS defined benefit plan provides for lifelong income upon retirement. You will also have the option to participate in a voluntary deferred compensation program to take advantage of taxdeferred retirement investments.
