Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Laser Welder/ Paint Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision welding working with various materials preparing surfaces and applying finishes to ensure a highquality appearance.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate laser welding equipment to join metal parts with precision and accuracy.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of welding machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality checks on welds to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize workflow and production efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning sanding and masking as needed.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes.
- Operate spray guns and other painting equipment to apply paint evenly and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency adjusting as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment always following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a paint shop/laser welder or similar environment.
- Knowledge of paint types mixing techniques and application methods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with laser welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Good problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in welding operations.
