Automotive Technician
Description of the role
Lunghamer Ford is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Owosso Michigan. As an Automotive Technician you will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining various types of vehicles. We are looking for a detailoriented individual with excellent problemsolving skills and a passion for delivering highquality service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Performing diagnostic tests and inspections on vehicles to identify issues
- Repairing or replacing components in vehicles such as engines transmissions and brakes
- Conducting regular maintenance on vehicles including oil changes tire rotations and filter replacements
- Ensuring all repairs and maintenance work is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Keeping detailed records of all service and repair work performed
- Communicating with customers to explain diagnostic findings and necessary repairs
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
