We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician to join our clients team in Exeter. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and effective management of medications within our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the pharmacy team optimizing medication use and improving patient outcomes.
What will your responsibilities be:
As a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician you will be responsible for a range of duties aimed at enhancing the efficiency and safety of our pharmacy services. Your responsibilities will include conducting medication reviews providing advice on medication management to patients and healthcare professionals and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. You will also be involved in the preparation and dispensing of medications managing stock levels and contributing to the development of pharmacy protocols and procedures.
