Location: Amberley Court Care Home 8292 Edgbaston Road Balsall Heath Birmingham B12 9QA

Salary: 12.25 14.00 per hour dependent on experience

Contract: Permanent Part Time. 20 hours per week

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

• Main duties of this role is to assist the Maintenance Operative with painting and decorating and gardening tasks so previous experience in these areas is essential.
• Some understanding of building services including heating hot and cold water distribution ventilation electrical distribution and plumbing.
• Some understanding of building fabric and its maintenance.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Computer literate.
• Good Customer service skills.
• Be flexible to meet changing demands within the care home.
• Practical ability and experience in painting and decorating.
