Capital Vacations is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven InHouse Sales Manager to lead our highenergy sales team in Pigeon Forge TN. This role is responsible for driving sales performance coaching and developing team members and ensuring an exceptional experience for our owners and guests. If you are a proven leader in timeshare sales with a passion for coaching and exceeding goals we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mentor and motivate an inhouse sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct daily meetings and training sessions to enhance performance and maintain a highenergy sales culture.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance providing coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring a consultative needsbased sales approach.
  • Work closely with marketing resort operations and senior leadership to maximize efficiency and sales opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Active Timeshare Sales License (or ability to obtain one).
  • Proven experience in timeshare sales management with a track record of leading topperforming teams.
  • Strong leadership communication and coaching skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highenergy sales environment.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
