Salary: Up to 75000 Bonus Scheme

Are you an experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional care Do you have a strong clinical background and a proven track record in managing large nursing homes

Our client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Registered Nursing Home Manager to oversee a luxury nursing dementia and residential care home ensuring the highest standards of care regulatory compliance and financial sustainability. What Were Looking For

  • Registered Nurse Qualification & Valid UK NMC Pin Essential for leading clinical care.
  • Proven Experience Managing Large Nursing Homes Strong leadership Nursing Home settings.
  • CQC & Compliance Expertise Experience in leading inspections and driving quality improvements.
  • Business & Financial Acumen Skilled in budget management occupancy growth and financial planning.
  • Safeguarding & Risk Management Ensuring resident safety quality assurance and incident resolution.
  • Team Leadership & Development Ability to recruit train and retain a skilled and motivated care team.
  • Excellent Communication & RelationshipBuilding Confident in engaging with residents families staff and external professionals.
