Job Description

This position is responsible for providing business analysis and guidance across the Credit function by ensuring there is alignment and efficient integrations between crossfunctional business objectives through the development of expertise in shared processes and information technology (IT) platforms across the Credit function. This position is responsible for working closely with business partners across the Credit function to document existing business processes and system workflows to streamline and enhance business processes. This includes identifying inefficiencies bottlenecks and other areas for improvement and recommending technical solutions as needed to meet business needs. This position will partner with department leads the Director of MDA and the Chief Credit Officer to document and maintain the Credit functions longterm roadmaps for strategic initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. This position will also serve as the liaison between the Credit function and IT department and/or thirdparty providers in building software to support strategic initiatives within the Credit function. This includes authoring and reviewing detailed business and technical functional design documents used to communicate business requirements.

Qualifications

  • Equivalent to a high school education is required.

  • One or more years of similar or related experience with demonstratable expertise in SQL and Python or similar technical tools i.e. R PowerBI Cognos etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience with data analysis tools i.e. Python Power BI SQL or other BI or data visualization tools.

  • The ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Experience with process management methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma) preferred but not required.

  • Some background in banking or finance preferred but not required.

  • Attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines.

  • Must be able to work and travel independently.
